3 in 1, hardly the best bargain

it's true when they say you meet 3 guys in one lifetime,

your first love,

the one you truly love (the most),

and the one you marry.

very rarely,

like a precious gem,

that you can find all these 3 guys,

in one person.

it's sad that i have to acknowledge the fact that i can never find all 3 in one..

and i truly envy those who can..i mean,

what are the odds, right?

marrying your first love ,

seems like a fairytale now.

yet the idea of being able to give yourself as a WHOLE to the person you ought to marry,

with your heart still intact, never shattered,

hopes well preserved,

reality unimportant,

dreams undeterred;

seems too good to be true.

my belief in love had been shaken,tested.

it's not a game that i excel it,

what's the smart thing to do?

what's the RIGHT thing to do?

i've been taught to abstain from things that burn,

should i?
